What We Collect

When you sign up for alerts or create an account, we collect your email address and usage data (pages visited, searches made). We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

How We Use It

We use your email to send market alerts you've subscribed to, product updates, and occasional market reports. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. We use anonymized usage data to improve the platform.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (Clerk) and analytics cookies to understand how people use Folio. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not work with ad networks.

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS in the US-East-1 region. Authentication is handled by Clerk. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@folio.estate. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
